2009年，精酿在中国还只是小众人群的饮酒选择，道酿在30平的地下室诞生，用十余年时间沉淀出属于中国自己的本土精酿啤酒。
When Dao Brew was founded in a basement which was only no more than thirty square meters in 2009, craft beer was nothing but something new and niche consumed by a minor group of Chinese beer lovers. No one expect it can spend more than ten years on creating craft beer and expanding its genres which was inspired by Chinese characteristics.

偏干，酒体有力，圆润。入口的苦味干净愉悦伴随着清冽的柠檬渐渐过度到葡萄柚及刹那变化的柑橘味。温润隐约的甜瓜抚摸掉了柑橘的尖锐，百香果的包罗万象更是把所有香味交融在一起，迷人而绵长; 一刀斩乱麻的苦味却又完全不拖沓，让人卸下所有的负担沉浸于酒香之中。
Dry, powerful and rounded beer body combines a clean, pleasant bitterness on the palate that gradually change into the aroma of citrus and grapefruit. The
warm and vague melon scent touches off the sharpness of the citrus, and the all-encompassing passion fruit brings all the aromas together into some experience charming and ever-lasting; the bitterness is sweeping but does not drag at all, allowing people to unload all the burdens and take their time to sink into this beer.

We created Spring Tour Hops Pearson with a particularly refreshing flavor that combines the indie music festi-vals with the chill character of springtime in Chengdu.
The beer is light and dry. With a distinct hop aroma, the crisp and refreshing aroma of lychee and the thick heat of mango, all fragrance is balanced, and the mouth will find it fresh and easy to drink. By infusing the breath of spring, the light flavor and the taste itself produce a strong but harmonious chemical reaction. When dancing with the rhythm on the tongue or meeting with friends in a bright outing music party, the unique sincere taste and hop dance, gently jumping on the tongue, enjoying the purity of the scent floating in the wind while thoughts are hovering freely.

以传统gose为基调，荔枝的果味与gose的麦香营造出田野小麦与枝头荔枝的日晒的口味场景。酒体轻盈、立体而干脆。荔枝味的融入与gose特有的小麦香味平衡出酒体馥郁的厚度与层次。而gose原有的海盐咸味愈发衬托出饱满圆润的酸味酒体，是一款容易上瘾的入门级精酿酸啤。
Based on the traditional Gose, the flavor of lychee and the aroma of Gose combine together to create a scene of a spring wheat field where the wind blows gently. Light, three-dimensional, and crisp, these are your feelings when you take the first sip. The incorporation of lychee flavor and Gose's unique scent of persimmon balance the thickness and layers of the beer. The original sea salt taste of Gose further sets off the full and round sour body. It is an addictive entry-level craft sour beer.
