硬舌酒肉成立于2016年,在北京的胡同里扎根发展,与很多老食客成为朋友。2019年经历拆迁,迁至西单,太仆寺街30号成为我们的新据点儿。至2022年,我们在西单、亦庄大族、丰台大悦春风里直营三家门店,及京西一家精酿工作坊;它们都先后荣登过点评必吃榜、地区热门榜单第一名的位置,并持续保持着较高的热度,在北京青年客群中收获了一批忠实粉丝。本土与舶来、烤肉与啤酒,对撞的交融是硬舌品牌的核心文化,成为“最适合国人口味的餐酒吧”是硬舌的主要目标。Tough Tongue is a BBQ bar established in 2016 in Beijing's hutongs. With years of development , we have became friends with many old diners. In 2019, we experienced demolition in Beijing  and moved to No. 30 Taipusi Street in XiDan district, and it has become our new base since now. By 2022, we have operated three stores in Xidan district, Yizhuang Dazu Mall, and Fengtai Joy Breeze City Mall, as well as a craft brewery lab in the west of Beijing. All of them have successively won the first place on the popular list by Dazhong Dianping app in the area, and continue to maintain a high position. With high popularity, it has gained a group of loyal fans among the young customers in Beijing. The fusion of local and foreign, Chinses barbecue and  craft beer is the core culture of Tough Tongue brand, and it is the main goal of Tough Tongue to become "the most suitable BBQ bar for people's taste in China".

Over years, we been trying to learn, study and experiment. And since 2020 we finally launched Tough Tongue's own brand craft beer.

这是一款水果和茶增味的拉格啤酒,是让人一饮难忘的清新之选。在煮沸阶段,大量投入凤凰单丛鸭屎香茶叶,微妙的茶多酚涩口提供了让人平静的清香。发酵末端投入柠檬果茸和佛手柑果茸,则为这清新提供了活跃俏皮的果香。轻盈的酒体呈现诱人金黄色,适中的酒精度,平衡的酸与甜,一杯接一杯的喝起来也毫不费力。This is a lager beer mixed with fruits and tea, an unforgettably refreshing taste. During the boiling stage, a large amount of Fenghuang Dancong tea leaves are added, and the subtle organic tea compounds provide a calming fragrance. Lemon puree and bergamot puree are added at the end of the fermentation process, which provides a lively and playful fruity aroma. The light-bodied wine presents an attractive golden yellow color, moderate alcohol content, balanced acidity and sweetness, making you drink glass after glass smoothly.

Reciprocating Nectarine and Plum - Wild Fungal Sour Saison

作为“玩味”实验款的野菌啤酒,我们与京郊张大爷生态果园牵手合作,采摘春季的油桃与李子手工压榨带来迷人野菌。在酿造过程中采用了kettle souring技术,让酒体带有清新干净的乳酸味道。首次发酵使用经典的赛松酵母,较高的发酵温度产生了赛松标志性的辛香风味。第二次发酵则是在生态油桃提供的野菌与布雷特酵母的共同参与下完成。第三次发酵便是由新鲜李子汁参与,历时一年的酿造,造就了这款酒体金黄、干爽清脆、酸度明亮的啤酒。强烈的水果香和野菌、布雷特酵母带来的马厩、皮革和轻微的乳酪香气,回味悠长。以“投桃报李”命名,不仅体现原料,同时表达着我们对生活的热爱与感恩,也是硬舌爽啤对酿造理念与追求。As a "playful" experimental version of wild fungal beer, we cooperated with Old Uncle Zhang in his Ecological Orchard in the suburbs of Beijing. We picked nectarines and plums in the springtime and hand-pressed them to create a charming wild yeast. Kettle souring technology is used in the brewing process to give the beer a fresh and clean lactic acid taste. The classic Saison yeast is used for the first fermentation, and the higher fermentation temperature produces the Saison’s signature spicy flavor. The second fermentation is completed with the participation of wild fungals provided by ecological nectarines and Brett yeast. The third fermentation involves the participation of fresh plum juice. It took a year to brew, which resulted in the beer having a golden color and a dry, fresh and acidy taste. We named this beer "Reciprocating Nectarine and Plum”, a beer that embodies intense fruity aromas and wild fungal flavors, the aroma reminds us of horse riding in the countryside. This beer not only reflects the beauty of organic ingredients, but also expresses our love and gratitude for life, a philosophy that is embodied through Tough Tongue Craft Beer’s brewing concepts.

躺平·双倍干投双倍IPA
Lay Flat - Double Dry Cast Double IPA

这是一款酒体厚重、深琥珀色的精酿啤酒。采用了DDH(双倍干投)的工艺,在发酵中期以及发酵末端干投了大量西楚、马赛克、西姆科、爱达荷宝石、奇努克、埃尔德拉多酒花,带来更加纯粹和丰富的芒果、百香果和柑橘类水果的浓郁香气,心情瞬间明亮。同时,7.5%的酒精度,也让这款啤酒有着不错的醉人效果,让大家可以愉悦地“躺平”,释放令人不快的压力。This is a thick, dark amber coloured craft beer. The DDH (double dry hops) process is adopted during fermentation, and a large amount of Citra, Mosaic, Simcoe, Idaho Gem, Chinook, and Elderado hops are dry-fed at the end of the fermentation process, bringing rich aromas of mango, passion fruit and citrus fruits, creating a summer-drinking vibe. The 7.5% alcohol percentage also makes this beer a little more intoxicating than other beers, allowing everyone to "lie down" and feel relaxed.
