TMS 风味酒花是公司 2012 年从欧洲引进的香花品种在国内研发培育的新品种酒花，它保留了欧洲香花的经典，结合甘肃本土的气候和土壤条件，使它原有柔和的香气变的更加突出，更有特色，甲酸含量也达到7%以上，大大降低了酿造成本。在使用中考虑苦味和香味，其最接近酒花丽影、斯拉德克和珍珠。它非常适合酿造艾尔啤酒。
In July 1995, Lanzhou Tianma Hops Co., Ltd. was established in Huangyang Town, Wuwei, the ancient Liangzhou. It was a joint venture between Gansu Agricultural Reclamation Company and the Australian-Asian Bureau. In 2000, the company relocated from Wuwei to Jiuquan City and was renamed Gansu Tianma Hops Co., Ltd. Following changes in foreign investors, the company became a joint venture between Gansu Agricultural Reclamation Company and Germany's Barth-Haas Hops Company in China. Today, the company has developed an integrated industry model that covers everything from the breeding of new varieties to propagation, cultivation, processing, and sales.TMA is a representative bitter hop variety introduced by the company from Europe in 2012. It is cultivated under the climatic, soil, and resource conditions of Gansu. TMA retains the mild taste of European bitter hops, with an alpha acid content exceeding 8%, and its bitterness is very smooth, comparable to high-acid hops from Germany and the USA. It is currently a rare high-alpha acid hop variety in China, with an aroma close to Magnum, making it ideal for brewing Pilsner and Lager beers.
TMS flavor hops is a new hop variety developed domestically by the company from an aromatic hop variety introduced from Europe in 2012. It preserves the classic aroma of European aromatic hops while enhancing its original mild fragrance under the climate and soil conditions of Gansu, giving it a more distinctive character. The alpha acid content also reaches more than 7%, significantly reducing brewing costs. Considering both bitterness and aroma in its use, it closely resembles hops such as Lublin, Sladek, and Perle. It is highly suitable for brewing Ale beers.
